Christine Loh is the CEO of the public policy think tank, Civic Exchange. A former legislator, she had a ringside seat to political events in Hong Kong in the run-up to 1997 and immediately beyond博客來 the transition. She was the first, and only one to date, to raise a debate in 1995 about how the Chinese Communist Party would operate post-1997 for which she was pilloried by opponents. Christine Loh is a lawyer by training and became a politician in 1992. Since her retirement from politics in 2000, she has concentrated on policy research and is a published author of many works.

木崗蛋標示不合格? 味全：格式問題

味全旗下「木崗高品質雞蛋」遭食藥署點名標示不合格，味全今表示，因標示設計為橫式與食藥署規定的直式不同，已於6月20日全面改善完畢。

食藥署今天公布5月啟動市售蛋品稽查專案結果，其中12件標示及3件動物用藥殘留不符規定。

有關食藥署5月稽查市售蛋品乙案，味全今天說明表示，味全生產的「木崗高品質雞蛋」為散裝食品，依規定不須進行營養標示。味全公司為維護消費者權益，主動於外包裝進行營養標示，惟因標示設計（橫式）與食藥署規定（直式）不同，及標示中「飽和脂肪」與「反式脂肪」的顯示順序不同，經食藥署要求改善，已於6月20日改善完畢，目前市售「木崗高品質雞蛋」的營養標示已全面依食藥署規定改為直式。

味全強調，「木崗高品質雞蛋」是主動揭示營養標示，且營養標示數據完全符合規定，敬請消費者安心購買、享用。
