服務業起薪低 資管可達45K

中國時報【胡清暉╱台北報導】

根據調查，大學畢業起薪平均25K，台科大校長廖慶榮認為，不同領域起薪落差大，投入服務業的畢業生起薪約22K至25K，比理工科系低，目前資工、資管領域非常缺人，會寫程式的畢業生起薪可達40K至45K。

廖慶榮表示，許多人文、社會及商管科系畢業生投入服務業，雖然起薪較低，但服務業調薪速度快，若表現不錯，半年後就有機會調薪。

台大副校長陳良基說，台灣的大學畢業生起薪遠低於新加坡、韓國，很多企業其實都虧待年輕人，他呼籲企業若有獲利，應回饋給員工。

清大校長賀陳弘表示，雖然大學畢業生平均起薪從22K提高到25K，但還是不理想，且不同學校、領域都會有差異，以頂尖大學理工科系大學畢業生言，起薪有機會突破40K。

至於教育部考慮把畢業生就業狀況，做為大專系科調整依據，各大學反應不一。廖慶榮說，大學科系招生須考量學生就業，如出路不好，應適度調整，需要政府訂出政策，不能只交由系上決定。

清大教務長戴念華表示，就業薪資可用來調整各領域人才需求，但不應是唯一考量，有些行業雖薪水較低，但還是要鼓勵有興趣的人去念。

台大教務長莊榮輝則認為，教育部似管太多，學生就業狀況學校最清楚，若找不到工作，會影響招生，因此，教育部掌握大方向就好，各領域人才和就業薪資應由市場機制調控。
